Tromso Cathedral, made in the Gothic Revival style, is a unique monument of architecture in Norway – it is the only Norwegian cathedral built of wood and preserved to this day. Built in the 19th century, Tromso Cathedral was erected on the ruins of a previous 13th-century church. A little later, the cathedral was supplemented with a bell tower and a bell was hung. The seasoned execution of the exterior facades is subtly complemented by colorful stained glass windows from the inside.
