Our trip was fantastic
Our trip was fantastic. The accommodations were very nice and always a reasonable distance from the train or bus stations. The places we visited were quite interesting and scenic. This trip exceeded our expectations.

Fabulous trip from start to finish! Our best ever.
Exceptional
Exceptional. All hotels were excellent except for Hotel 13. The Hotel 13 room was not up to the standards of all others. The room was small, very strange bathroom. If you continue to use this hotel, do not use room 206. All recommended dinners were fabulous especially at the Kviknes! and the suggested towns and time there were great.

It was all wonderful! Daria was excellent and Eva in technical support helped me get the app up and running.

5 stars. The trip was amazing and every detail was worked out and exacting on time. Being our first time to Europe and given our Senior age I highly recommend Firebird for all the leg work.
Trip overall met and exceeded our expectations
The trip overall met and exceeded our expectations. With just one exception all the privates cars, guides, train and hotel reservations went without a hitch. We will definitely choose Firebird for future international travel!
Great Trip
We had a great trip. The hotels were all very nice and well located with great amenities. The Square Ginza Hotel had a great location but was a very tight space compared to the other hotels. We enjoyed all our local guides and saw so many sights in the time allotted.

I wish we would have been informed about the cancelation of the secret hot springs stop but everything else was great.
