Everything I anticipated and expected. There was a scheduling change by a local partner that was quickly solved. The Seine River cruise addition to the itinerary was appreciated.

For a last-minute trip, Alexandra did an amazing job putting an all-round program for me: from walking about the fabulous historical cities of Tallinn, Riga, and Vilnius, a fun hot air balloon ride to a relaxing time with nature on the Curonian Spit. The hotels were well-chosen for their convenient locations and of better standards than I had anticipated. There was a problem with my checking-in at Riga and I was a bit cheesed off with the unhelpful attitude of the hotel receptionists. Fortunately, I managed to get in touch with Kate who immediately sorted out the problem.

Everything on our trip was seamless! It was perfect! I have no suggestions for any improvement whatsoever. We will not hesitate to use Firebird again and will recommend it highly to our family and friends.

Everything was absolutely AMAZING, from the initial point of contact to the help I received along the way and almost every tour guide (the last one was not my favorite by a long shot) but everything was perfect!!!!! Thank you so much for the absolute perfect trip!!!!

This trip to France and Belgium was outstanding. The guides were well informed, entertaining and highly professional. My husband and I, along with our two daughters, had a truly amazing time! I'm sure it will be remembered as one of our best trips ever!

Tours were very well liked; guides varied for very good to OK. Very much appreciated the transport to/from airports. Hotels were all very nice, especially the Duke's Palace. Thanks for the nice trip!

We had a wonderful time on the trip, the group tour guides were outstanding and well educated on the areas they were presenting. The hotels were nice and centrally located. We did have a great trip and would use you again and recommend Firebird to others.

Overall, very good. Guides were great. Brussels was 50/50 with the group. Antwerp Port building was an incredible highlight. The Atomium was good, but dinner was four hours long!
