My sister and I had a wonderful trip to the UK. Our rep was very helpful and helped us plan our trip.

Fantastic! We can’t choose a highlight. We just loved all of it.

The highlight of our trip was the great weather we had on the trip on some of the buses tours especially Mac our driver who also wore a kilt to lake lock nest. The guides were very knowledgeable and well planned. Everything was great! But we had to fix some things by are self because on-trip support provided by Firebird Tours was slow getting back to our end up costing us extra. 

Amazing Trip! Great service, loved the personal touches. The Travel Coordinator was exceptional! Quick responses and made accommodations for us when needed without issues. The whole support from Firebird Tours was great - fast responses. We loved Baltinglass and Dingle Peninsula very much. Guides in all our vacation cities were fantastic. They really knew their stuff. They were kind and they made it personal. Really appreciative of them. 

When we had to call for more directions or missed connections the response was quick and they always called, texted, or emailed a follow-up to make sure we were taken care of. We enjoyed seeing the cities we visited, but for us the countryside scenery was awesome! We especially enjoyed our tours with Rabbies. The Scotland tours with drivers Charlie and MacKenzie (Mac) were informative and very fun.

An excellent guide for Cork to Galway, David Mathews above and beyond.

Our driver Peter made the trip a lot more memorable. He was also very accommodating. Ireland is very beautiful and we have a lot of fond memories.

Friendly guides and good food, don't forget the beer!

I can’t thank everyone enough, the trip was incredible and the support and help from everyone at Firebird were top notch.
The only complaint was we both felt a couple of the hotels were not up to the 3-star standards, so that was disappointing
But overall I give Firebird 5 stars

For a last-minute trip, Alexandra did an amazing job putting an all-round program for me: from walking about the fabulous historical cities of Tallinn, Riga, and Vilnius, a fun hot air balloon ride to a relaxing time with nature on the Curonian Spit. The hotels were well-chosen for their convenient locations and of better standards than I had anticipated. There was a problem with my checking-in at Riga and I was a bit cheesed off with the unhelpful attitude of the hotel receptionists. Fortunately, I managed to get in touch with Kate who immediately sorted out the problem.

Everything on our trip was seamless! It was perfect! I have no suggestions for any improvement whatsoever. We will not hesitate to use Firebird again and will recommend it highly to our family and friends.

Everything was absolutely AMAZING, from the initial point of contact to the help I received along the way and almost every tour guide (the last one was not my favorite by a long shot) but everything was perfect!!!!! Thank you so much for the absolute perfect trip!!!!
