We had an amazing trip planner and coordinator, Eugene Bachilo. He was very accommodating and managed our ‘two weeks - 5 Scandinavia country’ itinerary based on our tight work schedules and checked each of our Scandinavia bucket lists. During the trip, we felt that he was with us every step of the way! He was always available throughout our first tour process. Highly recommend and very professional, it was one of our top best vacation experiences!  Planning to book more trips with family and friends through Firebird!

It was a truly wonderful trip. We had a great amount of support before our trip started and had all of our questions and concerns answered. The tour guides were wonderful. It was an amazing trip. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate so we didn't see the northern lights, which means we have to go back one day! It's hard to pick one thing out of the amazing tours we had booked. I think the evening snowmobile ride was the most challenging and exhilarating.

Hotels in Helsinki, Rovaniemi, Tallinn were excellent. The hotel in Stockholm (Camper) was fine but room was quite small. Connections were perfect. All guides were excellent.

We've totally enjoyed our honeymoon trip, check-in hotels were really easy. Our hotel's breakfast was great, love the widespread. Our activities were also fun! love dog sledding. Sad to say that we do not even get to see the northern lights even after standing out in the cold for hours. We will definitely book with firebird tours again and let them plan our trip in the future.

There aren't enough accolades to describe this trip. Everything was perfect. A trip of a lifetime. When I booked this trip I had no idea how great it would be. Firebird Tours, you are the best. Thank you so much.

We were a bit worried about organising our trip over the internet and not actually talking to someone and seeing them. I was pleasantly surprised with total punctuality of every driver and service was wonderful.

We went on a 21-day rail adventure across China, Kazakhstan Uzbekistan, and Russia. The places we saw along our route were amazing! I could keep on sharing the highlights of our trip but it would take me forever as there were plenty of places that we loved and would love to revisit one day. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

We enjoyed getting an overview of each city and then having the rest of the day and evening to explore on our own or return to something we saw with the guide. The hotels were top notch. The boat rides were a lot of fun.

There were so many logistical aspects of this recent trip, including overnight sea travel, multiple flights, train rides, bus transportation, etc. and every transfer and aspect of this moving from place to place went absolutely smoothly.

This was an amazing trip. Norway was the most beautiful place I have ever been to. Firebird did an amazing job of doing all of the planning for us and everything worked like clockwork. We never had to worry about getting from place to place, and the places we stayed were beautiful, all with great service.

We all had a blast even though we had rain EVERY DAY IN THE FJORDS. The variety of things we did kept everything interesting. Actually, the group size of 6 was perfect and we were all so in awe of the beautiful scenery.

The guides were all excellent, very informed and personable. Our flight from Bergen to Stockholm was canceled by the airline. Firebird was responsive in rebooking everyone on a next day flight and finding rooms in a nearby hotel. Thanks for a nice trip!

We went to great places and both tour guides told us lots of information about the cathedrals, palaces, museums, villages and subways in Moscow and St Petersburg. My favorite place was the Hermitage Museum in St Petersburg I adored seeing the Impressionist paintings!!

It really was a fabulous trip and Firebird was great to work with. Sergiev Posad was the most enjoyable part of the countryside. I wouldn't hesitate to work with this company again.

We just returned from our trip to Moscow and St. Petersburg. It was fantastic, like a Faberge egg! There was a surprise at every corner! Our group and the guides were fantastic. Both guides were extremely knowledgeable and we didn't have to wait in a line anywhere.

The trip was wonderful, everything went well and much better than what we expected. Guides were great and logistics ran as smooth as it could possibly be. Even the weather was nice in both Moscow and St. Petersburg.

Excellent vacations! We got back from our Russia trip yesterday and it was a dream vacation! Our tour guides in Moscow and St. Petersburg were THE BEST - very knowledgeable and always took a superior care of us. The hotels were splendid, specially Angleterre hotel in St. Petersburg.

We were thrilled with how patiently Firebird worked with us prior to the trip to personalize the whole experience. We wanted to be relatively independent but to have all background logistics taken care of so that we did not have to worry about details.

One driver did not turn up. Recovery was fast though. Otherwise, Northern Lights Seeking in Finland was perfect!
