We have booked tours to travel in UK, Scotland, Ireland, Ecuador, Peru and I can say our trip throughout Spain with Firebird was the very best.

Thank you for all you help on our Spain/Morocco trip. 1- all our guides were excellent… but the Spain guides were most extraordinary: Cesar,(Madrid) Michael ( Bilbao & wine tour), Igor.(Bilbao) And Dora (Barcelona). 2-The day long wine tour to rioja went well beyond our expectations-very memorable! 3- the hotel in tangier was ok—but the proprietress was very, very pushy- trying to get us to sign up for things we didn’t need. We were warned by our driver to be cautious with her! The hotel room was ok, but I wouldn’t choose again. 4-re: our driver for Morocco-Khalid-was excellent.

Fabulous trip! Truly feel like I experienced Spain! The trip was planned and modified to our satisfaction so the customer support was listening to our concerns. We had a few questions along the way and they were very responsive and helpful. Granada during Holy Week was the highlight of our trip. The guides were excellent, Neda and Antonio were excellent. All the transfers were excellent as well. On time, very friendly and helpful with luggage, and the vans were clean. Loved the hotels. One of us lost our luggage and the hotel was very involved in retrieving it successfully!

Very well planned, and with one exception well executed. Our driver, Azize, was professional, personable, informative, and a good driver. He is a valuable asset to Thunderbird Tours and should be congratulated for his excellent performance. All of the guides were great and extremely well versed on their regions and cities. All of the accommodations were definitely four-star and well prepared for us.

Difficult to identify any single event as the highlight as there were several that were truly exceptional; Barcelona, Toledo our hotel in Sevilla. The hotels, tour guides, travel arrangements all occurred exactly as the itinerary indicated.  No surprises other than the trip was even better than we had anticipated.

We had a great trip and loved our itinerary. The hotel locations were fantastic. Our guide, Angela, in Madrid was very nice, the guides in Toledo and Granada were exceptional!

Everything was organized very well. Guides and drivers were very good and knowledgeable. We liked a lot how our guides gave us some free time after explaining everything for pictures. Overall a great experience. We will definitively use Firebird Tours again.

Thank you for helping us organize a successful small-group trip to Portugal for our members. Firebird connected us to professional guides, good restaurants and centrally located hotels. I also appreciate the on-the-ground support and help when we needed to make last-minute adjustments to our schedule. We will definitely consider Firebird Tours while planning future programs.

We just arrived back home. The trip met all our expectations. Every driver and tour guide were right on time. Our train ride also went smoothly.

I would do it again. I thought the guides were pretty good, their English was especially clear and fluent, and their enthusiasm well expressed.

We have just returned from the Spanish Tour that Firebird organized for us. I would like to thank you for organizing such a wonderful holiday. The accommodation was fantastic along with the transport and the tour guides.

Although our total experience in Spain was very positive, we did encounter some technical problems. Several times, we tried the emergency phone number Firebird provided to us. But we could not get through because a special code was needed. But I could not find the code. Other than these, our trip was very good.
