Very well planned, and with one exception well executed. Our driver, Azize, was professional, personable, informative, and a good driver. He is a valuable asset to Thunderbird Tours and should be congratulated for his excellent performance. All of the guides were great and extremely well versed on their regions and cities. All of the accommodations were definitely four-star and well prepared for us.

In the first days of our trip to Morocco, it became apparent that the coronavirus was reaching pandemic proportions and our trip would need to be cut short. We will never forget the compassion and support of our Firebird driver, Aziz, putting his responsibility to us ahead of his natural desire to be with his family. We also appreciate the efforts of the Zurich based Firebird support team to rearrange our itinerary to help keep us as safe as possible and accessible for rescue flights home arranged by the US Embassy.

Seeing ancient Petra in Jordan was on my bucket list for years! I thank Firebird tours for putting together this trip for us, everything went well. We got to visit the places before the tourist crowds and the guides were wonderful!

My family of 4 - me, my husband, and two adult children just had an incredible, long-awaited journey to Israel. It took us 2 years to finally decide for Israel, and 2 months of planning with Firebird to make our dream come true.

We just came back from our tour to China planned entirely by the team at Firebird. And I have to say, this is what all travels should be like. We didn't have to lift a finger all nine days and were able to just enjoy ourselves in a completely different part of the world. Anyway, the hotels and transfers were all top class, and we wouldn't change a single thing on our itinerary.
