Our trip to Sicily was fantastic. It exceeded our expectations.

Sicily came alive through the guides! As we say in the U.S...OMG! Alina and Agne were of incredible assistance and good humor. Always there for us.

Sicily was amazing. The drivers and guides were 80% great. My biggest complaint was that we weren't put in a nicer hotel upon arrival in Italy. We had long-haul flights and should have been able to just check-in. If check-in at 2 pm required an additional day of booking we should have been asked if we want to pay for that. Additionally, our drivers were scheduled for 8-9 am every time we needed one. For the most part, this was good but for Cefalu, this was wasted time. We could have left later, seen Monreale, visited Castelbuono, and then checked in later to the St.

Really liked the two main hotels, particularly the Albergo Del Sennato right NEXT to Pantheon: a very pleasant surprise. Guides were terrific, knowledgeable and nice- particularly enjoyed our day at the Colosseum, where we were shown Campo del Fiori and the best place for cappucino. Next time, I would suggest scheduling some evening tours or activities on some of the days, as our tours all ended by 1:00. Things went very smoothly logistically for the most part- hotels, guides, and drivers were on top of everything.

Everything on our trip was seamless! It was perfect! I have no suggestions for any improvement whatsoever. We will not hesitate to use Firebird again and will recommend it highly to our family and friends.

The tour guides were exceptionally professional and provided wonderful courtesy to my elderly mother. The transfers were punctual and their patience was greatly appreciated.

1st Class vacation. All drivers were on time, knowledgeable, spoke great English, were friendly and professional. All guides were on time, personable, experts on the subjects (history, art, architecture, food, rulers, etc.) helpful and professional.

The trip was amazing and we had an absolutely wonderful time. Firebirds did a great job of organizing everything and we appreciated all of the little extras along the way. Our favorite things were the pasta making class in Florence and the mosaic making class in Rome. Great ideas!

This was a wonderful trip. Beautifully arranged. Our guides were so friendly and well informed. They really made our trip feel personalized. All the hotels were good. Our favorites were Villa Athena in Agrigento and Hotel El Jebel in Taormina.
