How to use the Firebird App

Welcome to the Firebird App! Designed to enhance your travel experience, the app allows you to easily manage your itineraries, access trip details, and even create new itineraries for upcoming journeys. This guide will walk you through all the essential features, helping you get the most out of the app and make your journey as smooth as possible.

Get the App

Install the Firebird App from the App Store or Google Play

Sign in to your account

Sign in by entering your email. You will be asked to use a one-time code to access your account. That code will be sent to your inbox. Once in, you can select your trip. Alternatively, you can access your account with your APP ID.

If you're new to Firebird, you will be able to fill out a trip survey with your travel preferences, based on which your itinerary will be drafted.

Check your trip details

The Firebird App puts your trip at your fingertips - itineraries, hotel reservations, train tickets, drivers and transfers. Upload and store all your travel documents in one convenient place for easy access—anytime, even offline! Plus, easy add-ons, hotel upgrades, and real-time support.

You can also switch to the restaurant view, showcasing top eateries and dining options. View their details and even make reservations directly through the app!
