Requirements: Masks to be worn in public places

Turkey (test may be required)

Turkey’s international land, sea, and air borders are open. All passengers, of all nationalities, who meet Turkish immigration rules are permitted entry to Turkey. Any passengers showing symptoms including high fever, coughing, or respiratory difficulties will be required to undergo a PCR test.

Requirements: A negative test, taken in the last 72 hours prior to arrival, to be presented, test upon entry (if shown symptoms), masks to be worn in public places

Serbia (free entry)

Serbia is one of a few countries that allow travelers from the United States with few requirements. You won't have to get tested or stay in quarantine, but we do advise you to pack a few masks too.

Requirements: Either a negative COVID-19 test or an Antigen FIA rapid test, taken in the last 48 hours prior to arrival, to be presented, masks to be worn in enclosed public places as well as outdoors if contact with other people cannot be avoided

US Citizens can travel to Armenia. Upon arrival, you will have to do a nasal and throat swab for SARS-Cov-2, once you have a negative result you can leave self-isolation.
