About the tour, it was FANTASTIC, everything about the tour was good. Our guides could not have been more helpful with all their care, advice and planning for us. The things we most enjoyed were : Obviously the scenery. The accommodation. The ease of travelling, knowing we were well cared for, picked up at the allocated time, driven to our mode of transport and or accommodation. The local guides were very good. The morning tours, leaving the rest of the day free to explore, I felt there was no wasted time. The small group was good, everyone was thoughtful and polite. Breakfast every day was very good. The ferry crossings were good, once again no rush with breakfast or having "bags out at 0700". There was only one little hiccough, our flight was delayed by more than 2 hours, obviously no fault of Firebird Tours, however, once again the guide organised everything at the airport, the delayed pickup, meal vouchers. She was fantastic. We had an extra night in Copenhagen before the tour and two extra days in Helsinki at the completion of the tour which we found beneficial. If I was to say something a little negative that would only be we would would have loved an extra day in Stockholm. With all my worry and concerns initially, you have certainly proved to be a wonderful tour company and I will be recommending you to family and friends. If we are fortunate enough to return to Europe I would love to do a tour in Russia as well as going to Greece. Once again, thank you for your professional care and support.
