When I booked with Firebird Tours (FT), I was a little skeptical - after all, who really knows about stuff you find on the internet. My wife and I were blown away. Except for a small timing issue at the very beginning (caused by a radical change in flight schedule from the airlines and a situation to which FT reacted with precision and courtesy) the trip was spectacular. Every driver was on time. Every tour guide was knowledgeable and engaging. The hotels were wonderful - attentive staff, great buffet breakfasts, lovely accommodations. The balance of tours and free time to explore was perfect. We are thrilled with the experience we had and hope we will be fortunate enough to utilize FT again in the future. Magnificent!
