It was really easy to work with your company in that you allowed me to customize the tour - Splendors of Italy with Amalfi, June 2017

Your selection of the guides for our Italy private tours was EXCELLENT, as were all of the transfers from our hotels, to trains and airports etc during the Splendors of Italy with Amalfi tour we took in June 2017. It was really easy to work with your company in that you allowed me to customize it with specific hotels and diversions from your normal package tours to add in time in Lake Como.

This was a highlight for us, as was the day on the lake tour via boat. I would definitely use your company again for a future trip.

Here are some suggestions for you to improve the experience even more: 1. Make it clear that all passports must be valid for 6 months after the return date. This was almost a disaster in my learning that my son's passport did not have enough "validity" past the return date and having to get a new passport the day of the trip was stressful and a miracle that I was able to get it renewed. 2. Provide some guidelines on tipping customs in the place you are visiting. Our customary gratuity in the US is not the same in Italy. We were concerned that we wanted to tip for good service but were unsure what to tip guides, transfer drivers, waiters etc. 3. We would not use Hotel Nazionale in Rome as it was under construction and the elevator took a long time to come. The hotel tried to compensate us with a fruit basket and wine, so we don't have a complaint but would prefer another hotel in the future. - Hotel Splendid in Venice was wonderful!

Overall this trip was wonderful and we would love to use your company again for a future trip.
