Overall trip was great, some minor hiccups, but we were able to sort it out. Customer service was good, but I wish I had gotten more frequent updates. Plus communication on certain things could have been better with it being made clear that transfers weren't included outside of the tour etc. I also didn't get the restaurant options until quite late before the trip and then had to scramble to find others.
