Hotel selections and locations were great as were all but one of the transfers when upon arrival in Venice the driver did not meet us. Reimbursement which Firebird paid to get to the hotel though was double what we actually paid, and this was much appreciated given the extra stress.
On the negative side on four or five occasions, the guides did not take us back to the tour bus or the hotel, and this was rather stressful having to navigate back on our own. In your tour descriptions from now on I would recommend that you clarify that when you write “then return to the bus/hotel” you indicate clearly it is with the guide and not on our own.
