Norway in a Nutshell & Stockholm (summer 2016)

Quick thank you to your staff per our recent trip arranged by your company to Norway. We had a splendid time, and are very grateful for your careful planning, and recommendations. The train trip to Myrdal, then to Flam as just an example, was beautiful in viewing the scenery, especially the waterfalls. There was only one minor error in the information supplied to me. On Saturday, June 18, on the travel planner, it said we were to leave Balestrand at 7:05. When I looked at the printed ticket, it said 7:50. I double checked and the ticket was correct, so we properly went with the ticket info, and I did not get my wife up earlier than she needed. All drivers where needed were in the stated locations, and the whole trip was excellent. Some people involved deserve special mention. We were shown great care and were delighted by the expertise in providing us a very special kayak/hike trip in Flam. The employee in the Knicknes Hotel was most helpful and hospitable at reception/check in. Our driver at Bergen to the airport obviously loved Norway, and shared great information with us. The driver to the cruise ship at Stockholm, was also a good source of info for the area. If you do not mind, I will share your contact with some friends along the way who have asked us to tell them of our experience, as they desire to do some future European travel. We are now on the cruise ship, and believe it will be a positive experience, though will miss the more in-depth participation in the areas which we had in Norway.
