Overall, this was wonderful! The 4 starts instead of five was for some problems in Hiroshima, where I think you partnered with some less experienced local folks. The driver from the airport was the only one who didn't have a sign with our name on it, and it took us 20 minutes to find each other. Then the driver couldn't find the hotel. The guide, while excellent, had been told to expect only one person and had not been told that public transportation was included in our package, so we paid for that out of pocket. I have a "receipt" for that and will send that along to Firebird in hopes of a reimbursement.
