Talking to book with Firebird again

We just arrived home last night and already talking about the next trip we would like to book with Firebird. We were a bit skeptical before booking as we found them online and some reviews were not very good but I can assure you they are legit! This was our first time to Italy to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We were so pleased with the nice cars that were scheduled for our pick ups at each destination (Tesla and Mercedes) and the drivers were always on time. The trains were very nice and clean ( usually Italo) the hotels were all very nice and very clean with a superb breakfast each morning that was included. The guides were extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating in each city. I will say there are a lot of important details in your final itinerary that you need to read and pay close attention to. Such as "Meet your driver at the end of platform 4 in front of a specific restaurant". Because there can be glitches in internet connection I would recommend printing your itinerary or at minimum "screen shotting" each day with details for your reference .
