Marvelous hotels, drivers very professional, train connection times planned well too. We missed one tour due to my health issue. So we worked with four tour guides instead of five. Three of the four were wonderful, with the woman in Cordoba less good for several reasons. The customer support team was very good. Liza was great about answering all my questions and concerns in our emails. We needed to email or call them a number of times. The various members of the support team were all great. Very polite and warm, and showed personal concern about my medical issue when in Madrid. Seville was outstanding, for sure. The Casa del Poeta hotel was fabulous, and our guide was great. The city is so beautiful. But the tour guides in both Madrid and Barcelona were tied for “best”. Our guide Isabel gave us a different tour due to the palace being closed. I asked about walking to a different area than described in the Firebird itinerary. In the six hours we had, she was great about doing that. The man who met us at the airport wore a sports jacket and white shirt, then kept using his phone’s translation app to talk with us. That was nice, and we did the same to communicate with him.
