Firebird was excellent in planning and communicating with us. We were happy with all of the arrangements. Some comments, however: The flight to Lisbon was delayed over one hour. Upon arriving in Lisbon, we could not find Firebird representative. After doing our best to find the representative and spending sometime, we called your customer support team. Finally the representative showed up, and arranged a taxi to our hotel. Three winery visits in Porto in one afternoon was not a good planning. One is good and two will be more than enough. Three are waste of time and money. Four hour private boat ride in Pinhao for 800 euro was very expensive. The fancy speed boat was good. However, the two hour group boat tour would save substantial amount of money, and get the same scenery on a nicer Viking boat. The 4-hour driving from Pinhao to Lisbon Airport on our last day was unmemorable. We expected the ride to be an extension of our tour. However, the driver came almost 40 minutes late and could not speak English. The long ride was just transportation without any tour content.
