Things were good, well organized

Thank you. Things were good, well organized and taken care of but for a few caveats. Bergen, Norway: Hotel BergenBors. As pretty, elegant and modern, and well located this Hotel from 2017 maybe, it is very inconvenient in design and practicality. All of us in our group of 11 were above 56 and nearing 80. The layouts, the no-side tables, the maze of stairs and floors was most unsuited for the age group. We were not the only ones in the group that thought so. Some even managed to get the allotted changed The hotel did not pay heed to my complaining, maybe I got late in calling the desk and also maybe I did not look white like rest of the group. And thought I must be a guest from India, and not USA. so I could be treated differently. Please reconsider on top priority basis to not book this hotel for your elderly clients. Firebird sales team must not have checked the rooms before giving bulk bookings. Even honey-mooners will find it designed around the architect's ego, and not for guests' conveniences, leave alone comfort. So, look before you book.
