The Firebird support after finalizing the itinerary was great. They answered my questions and adjusted the schedule to fix a problem with the initial itinerary. My only complaint about the reserved trips was the boat ride in Reykjavik. The boat was very well organized and executed. It was not their fault that the weather was crappy and no northern lights were present, so they elected to return about 20 minutes early. This early return caused us to have to wait 20 minutes to the scheduled ride from the boat dock to the Alda. My complaint is that it was a heavily-booked tour (50+ people, with limited seats and ability to move around. Would have preferred a smaller boat tour - like we took in Tromso. This smaller boat/group (10), with a nice dinner, made for a good trip even with crappy weather, poor northern lights, and an early return. Here the early return didn't matter because it was a short walk to the hotel.
