Excellent guides
In general, the 3 hotels were very good (though getting to and from the Monte Tauro Hotel in Taormina was challenging, given one wanted to do it several times daily). And the guides were all excellent. We also appreciated all our "add-ons"--we would not have wanted to miss any of them, including the visit to Villa Romana Casale. And Firebird was great responding to our last-minute need to change our travel plans. Everyone we dealt with at Firebird--Sim, who first set us up, and then Katerina and others from customer service--was terrific. Thank you for helping us begin discovering Sicily!
