It was an astonishing vacation!

I will never be able to express how thankful we are for our trip to Italy! Firebird helped my mom, my sister, and I plan a trip to Italy for my mom's 75 birthday (Venice, Assisi, Rome, Pompeii, Herculaneum, and Capri). From the minute we landed in Venice until we were home it was an astonishing vacation! Everything was amazing and I mean everything! Every guide and every driver was so nice! They were all so compassionate about their jobs, very considerate of any questions we had, and so thoughtful! The guides and the drivers really made our trip so fun! Every hotel was amazing, the employees at the hotels were great. Everyone was so helpful, always willing to answer any questions we had, always willing to give us suggestions and directions. Really made us feel completely comfortable. We didn’t have to worry about anything. Down to the smallest detail, everything was so amazing! Thank you!
