Loved the cooking class and Sorrento

As a group of 3 senior ladies, we found the walking tours too strenuous and were too heavy in history and background...causing prolonged periods of standing. The guides were all wonderful, very knowledgeable, and kind people, but just too much for us. The Vatican tour was a bit of a letdown...4 - 5 hours in a museum and never did see St. Peter's Square, which is so iconic of the Vatican. We loved Venice and the beauty of it, Florence was really only a day there with 1 tour and the wine tasting so it felt very hurried there. Naples is one place I would never go to again...dirty, people were a bit rude, no good places to eat near our hotel.
The transport between cities was very easy and the crew that took us both ways in Venice were beyond helpful and delightful. The cooking class in Rome was very fun and informative + a great meal! However, there was no going to the market & picking out food...just the cooking of what they planned. Don't get me wrong, it was great, but not as advertised. Hope to do Italy again someday...it was truly magical!
