The tours in Kiruna were definitely the highlight of our trip! They were truly one of a kind, I very much enjoyed the tour operators. I did think Kiruna as a whole (unrelated to Firebird) is not the most tourist-friendly, service-oriented town. That would be my only comment for future visitors. I loved the location of Kings Garden, the service, and the lobby decor. I did think the rooms were very stuffy so could have used a fan or some way to get more air in there since they were older and smaller. Of the options, it is the best. The food was great, the location was easy to get to town, and the spa was amazing. My only comment is again the service in Kiruna wasn't the best I have had compared to both Stockholms hotels and others I have stayed at in Europe. They don't go out of their way to be helpful, just answer your questions without any adding on or assistance.
