Cannot express in words just how wonderful my trip to Italy was

Dear Firebird and especially my travel coordinator, Kate...I cannot express in words just how wonderful my trip to Italy was. I wanted to drop you a few lines to tell you thank you for not only making my dream come true with this trip but also an even greater thank you to not only you but everyone who helped make this trip the best experience of my life, aside from the birth of my children! Everything on this trip was perfect!

From the moment I arrived in Venice and saw the driver waiting exclusively for me, to all the places I saw, and of course the people from my tour group. You could have not set me up with a better bunch of people! We all got along superbly and enjoyed every moment we spent together. I left making some new friendships and I will treasure the memories for as long as I am alive. Thank you, thank you, and thank you for taking care of me and putting me up in these awesome hotels. I literally felt like a celebrity! And yes, although there was a lot more walking than I expected, it was an experience I would never change for the world! I have never felt happier in my life and it's all thanks to you, your staff, and everyone who in their own way contributed to my experience. I will never forget this trip! The itinerary could have not been easier to follow. Every detail on paper was actually and exactly how it read so again, thank you for making all of these arrangements on my behalf. Your response time was impeccable as well. Every time I sent an e-mail with a question or concern or wanting clarification on something, someone ALWAYS responded and quickly. I have never been so impressed with a travel agency until now. I wish you continued success and hope you will continue making dreams come true for a long time to come! And if I ever plan another trip, I will most certainly use you again!
