I have been talking up Firebird like crazy!!

The private trip to Italy was amazing, our travel specialist was so wonderful to work with in the planning phase, was always available to answer questions or initiate any changes or additions we wanted. The drivers were fantastic, the guides so knowledgeable and their English impeccable. We loved the hotels, there was an issue with the hotel in Florence -- there is an area of rooms in the hotel that simply have an "odor"! The location was great, but I would suggest some options of hotels -- we did not let it bother us too much, but I would recommend someone check out their rooms on the first floor -- they do not smell good (no other way to put it). Also, their check-in process is painful. To be honest, it was not a "pleasant" stay! We did not let that deter us from having an amazing time in Florence and our Tuscany tour was fantastic. All other hotels were great! I have been talking up Firebird like crazy!!
