Would have loved a hard copy of the itinerary before leaving for the trip. That is what I'm used to before complicated trips like this. But all in all, it was nice. Just one mistake with erroneous time given to the driver taking us to the airport on the last day, but otherwise the customer support was very good. The entire trip logistics were complicated but arranged extremely well. Germany was lovely, with great guides, we loved the last days in Schwangau! Thanks.
