This was our first experience with Firebird and in Normandy
This was our first experience with Firebird Tours. We used them instead of a larger tour company because none of the others offered tours to the American Brittany cemetery in St James for fallen WWII soldiers, where our uncle is buried. We also wanted to add experiences in Mont Saint Michel, Bayeux and Normandy beaches. Firebird suggested adding Honfleur. The whole trip was exceptional, well planned and every detail was handled well. We had many connections with drivers, guides, making trains and planes(connecting to an already planned trip) and everything went very smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We were so happy with Firebird. From the initial contact until the very end, Firebird was great! The entire team was available at all times, created an adventure that included France and Switzerland. Every hotel we were in was so lovely. In great locations, staff was wonderful and just the right amount of time in each one! Thank you all at Firebird that helped make our experience unforgettable!

Firebird was professional and responsive from our first contact. They helped us prepare a great itinerary that hit all the high points we targeted. They were timely and helpful when we reached out during our trip. Hotels were all very nice and a couple exceptional, only one was disappointing. Guides were 5 out of 5 stars. Nearly all logistics worked as planned. We had a wonderful experience, due in no small part to Firebird and their help.

This is a great company. Everything was well organized. Two important items would have been good to know to prepare for . OUI trains are identified by the assigned train number and not the city or town of destination. The hotel in Paris charged me over $300 in taxes for my stay? This was a very big surprise. I hope it was legal and if so knowing in advance would have helped. Firebirds was exceptional in support to me and my grandchild.

The communication level is great, and the staff members during my trip was phenomenal. The 24/7 care and rotation of workers to assist me on the clock was awesome. I would probably ask them to focus more on premium hotel bookings and ask customers if they truly want that instead of settling for less.
