• The 4 of us enjoyed the trip. I will admit I was concerned about this kind of tour where it is more individualized compared to a group tour. From the driver who picked us up at the Tokyo airport to the driver who dropped us off at the Osaka airport everyone was prompt and did their job as expected. The 4 tour guides were excellent and shared with us the history and culture described in the tour. I was equally impressed with their ability to conquer the massive subway system in each city. The hotels were excellent. They were clean, friendly, helpful and their breakfast fare was superb! We were very pleased with the hotels.

  This is a review for Firebird in general. I have used them for Japan and Balkans. In both cases everything is handled flawlessly. Questions are answered immediately regardless of time. Guides and drivers are excellent. If you want someone to handle your vacation from beginning to end consider Firebird. At every point during my journey they were exceptional.

Every hotel you picked, every tour you arranged and every driver was excellent! The worst thing about the trip was the hotel in Tokyo that we requested. We should have used yours! The three guides you arranged for us in the different cities were all excellent. Every driver you arranged for was always on time and very professional. Your team made our trip seamless and the smoothest we have ever taken. We would definitely consider using you and your team again and will definitely refer you to all of our friends. • An Amazing Journey Through Japan

  We recently returned from our Japan trip, and it was absolutely wonderful! The itinerary was well organized, the accommodations were excellent, and all of the tour guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout our journey. My only suggestion for future travelers would be to request a little extra time during some of the guided tours. Since we relied on public transportation and had one member of our group who walked at a slower pace, there wasn’t always enough time to browse shops, purchase souvenirs, or fully explore some of the destinations. A few stops had to be shortened due to time constraints. Overall, this was an amazing experience, and we made memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you Firebird for all of the planning and support in making our trip so special!

  Firebird planned a two week trip to Japan and Korea for my family - 2 parents and a 17 year old daughter. It was the most amazing trip I have been on and they planned everything out day by day, booking the transfers, hotels, tours etc. They did a fabulous job balancing the things we wanted to do- some historical and some pop culture. Customer service before trip was awesome and during trip if you had any questions you just messaged them right in the app and they got right back to us. Highly recommend as it took all the stress off of me and let me enjoy the trip!
