  Firebird Tours did an amazing job creating our fabulous Portugal vacation! We were taken care of from the moment off the plane. Drivers & Guides were scheduled for carefree transportation and tours. Each one setup by Firebird Tours. The drivers & guides greeted us promptly with big smiles, cold water bottles and air conditioned comfortable sedans. They loved sharing Portugal’s sites and history. The team booked the most beautiful hotels-each with all the amenities required for a luxury boutique hotel. The Firebird Tours app was so detailed and at anytime it was easy to communicate online.   An Incredible Journey Through Spain and Portugal! We just returned from the most amazing trip with Firebird, exploring the beautiful landscapes, rich history, and vibrant culture of Spain and Portugal — and we honestly can’t stop talking about it! From day one, everything was handled so smoothly. The itinerary was perfectly balanced — from the energy of Barcelona and Madrid to the charm of Lisbon, and Porto. Each stop offered something unique, and it never felt rushed. We had plenty of time to soak in the atmosphere, enjoy local food, and really connect with each place. Our guides/drivers were absolutely fantastic — knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely passionate about both countries. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and having a great time. You could tell how much thought and care went into planning every detail, from the hotels and transportation to the little surprise touches along the way. If you’ve ever dreamed of visiting Spain and Portugal, Firebird is the way to go. This trip exceeded every expectation. We came home with a full heart, hundreds of photos, and memories we'll treasure forever. We are already looking forward to out next adventure with them.

• A fabulous small group tour to see Portugal from Lisbon to Porto with Firebird Tours

  We booked our fabulous group tour with Addison at Firebird Tours. It was the first time we had worked with Firebird and I was a bit hesitant. From the moment we landed in Lisbon, I was overwhelmed with the service provided with Firebird! Someone was at the airport to take us to our hotel, and that kind of excellent service continued throughout our trip. I told Addison what we would like to do on our small tour and he worked to make it all happen! We are anxiously preparing to contact Addison at Firebird Tours to have him plan our next trip in 2026.

  Firebird tours listened to what we were looking for in a trip to Portugal and they made it all happen. Everything was so easy. We had to rework a few things when we changed our minds about the schedule and the Firebird staff quickly made the changes and got right back to us. Hotels were perfect. Great locations and accommodations. Guides and transfers were knowledgeable, professional and kind. We were super happy with every aspect of this trip!

  Generally good, couple of hicups, Porto hotel was ok but no ammenities, i would not recommend this in the future when there are much nicer one avaibile.

  I have used Firebird Tours on multiple occasions. I had my first tour to Spain and Portugal in 2017 and was hooked. I then went to the Netherlands, Prague/Vienna, Budapest, Italy, French Riviera/Avignon, and Germany with this company. It is very well run with excellent communication. I have done both solo tours and small group tours. The groups have never been very large which I try to avoid. The hotels chosen are beautiful, the tour guides are very knowledgeable, and you can tailor the itinerary to your liking and change things that you aren’t that excited about. The emergency line is extremely responsive. I had an issue in France with a hotel and it was resolved immediately. I can’t wait to travel again and I will definitely use this company when I am allowed to travel again freely and safely.

  We just came back from a 10 day trip to Portugal with our adult children. Firebird was excellent!! From the beginning, they were quick to respond to all our questions. They accommodated our needs of people coming and going through out our trip. Every tour guide they sent us was excellent. Our tour guides even told us they they liked working with Firebird, they said they were very good to their guides. Every driver was accommodating and nice. The hotel in Lisbon was excellent, the hotel in Porto was ok. When we had questions during the trip and emailed them, we got a response within 12 hours. It was very nice to know that every detail of the trip was taken care of. We would definitely book another trip with them. Our specialist Valentino Fernandes was easy and good to work with.

  I went with my daughter for an eleven day trip around Portugal. We had a private tour in the Algarve area, where we spent 3 nights, and then were part of a small group tour in Lisbon and Porto. Firebird did an excellent job. All of our transfers were timely and excellent, the trains and seating on the trains was perfect and our guides were very interesting and informative and the sights we saw were exactly what we were hoping for. This was our first time using Firebird, but I will use them for any European trips in the future, as this was one of the best vacations I have ever had! They were informative and cooperative from the first day I contacted them all the way through the end of our trip.
