• Great time in Scotland

  Firebird put together a great trip for us. All the support we received from the Firebird team, made this trip so memorable. The Tour Guides, who took us through Edinburgh, Inverness and the of Skye and Fort Williams were great. Each brought their own perspective of Scotland and were able to take us places unique and out of the way as time allowed. The Drivers who we had from Edinburg to Fort Williams and back to Edinburgh were knowledgeable of the areas we were in and had ideas and suggestions of sights we might like to see. Scotland is a beautiful country and the trip Firebird put together could not have been better, everyone had a great time.

• Great Best of Ireland and Scotland tour 😁.

  Our Best of Scotland and Ireland tour was planned and orchestrated perfectly by Firebird. The pre-tour and in-tour support was amazing and the 14 day tour went off without a hitch. The hotels were great and perfectly located and the tours , including the guides, were amazing. I will be recommending Firebird Tours to our friends. Well done Firebird!

• Amazing Scotland experience

  Scotland, 12 day vacation. Multiple tours with private car/guides and Rabbies guided tours. I can't say enough about the entire experience. This was a trip of a lifetime. All accommodations were 4/5 star hotels. The flow of day trips was well thought out and amazingly informational. I can't say enough about the exceptional details of the trip. I will be using this company again. I highly recommend their services.

  We had a great time in Scotland and especially on our Edinburgh guided tour with Sarah Austin! She tailored the tour to us and it was magical. She had so much knowledge! Can’t wait to come back.

  The guides in Edinburgh (Bobby) and Inverness was great…? The were informative and comical. Fantastic! The coach driver in Edinburgh was fantastic…! Very funny and made sure he kept everyone on time. I can’t remember his name…..

  We are a family of 8, 3 generations, and living in different places. We decided we wanted to meet in Scotland and see this beautiful country. Firebird put together a wonderful trip for us. We gave them our specific wants and needs and they added recommendations as to what and how to see everything! Then they made all of the arrangements including hotels, transportation, and guides. They even had suggestions for restaurants if needed. For a group of 8, this was wonderful. Everything was arranged at a high quality level and no one person had to worry that something wouldn't go right. Thank you Firebird!

  We had a wonderful experience overall in Scotland and Ireland. Great hotels and locations. Fabulous guides especially in Edinburgh (Tanja Rensch), and in Inverness (Bob from Caledonian Supreme Tour). They were so knowledgeable and great hosts which made the visit to these cities so interesting and unforgettable. The only quite upsetting experience was choosing the hotel Loch Leven Hotel & Distillery in Fort Williams, Scotland. We even called Firebird's customer service department immediately upon arrival to help us change to another hotel in a more centrally located area of the city to no avail, as we were completely isolated and nothing within walking distance. Our room was upstairs with no lift and with heavy luggage. The room was *old*, there was a terrible smell from the carpet, the bathroom was also dated, and the shower did not work properly. The only thing we enjoyed was the self-paid dinners. Even multiple guides were surprised that Firebird Tours put us in this hotel instead of the Garrison, which is newly remodeled and apparently the hotel of choice where they typically book their guests. Why were we put at the Loch Leven hotel then? Additionally, the pictures provided in their literature are not at all representative of the actual facility. This is why we did not give them five stars. We booked our reservations with Firebirds Tours in the USA.

  You planned a wonderful two week Scotland and Ireland tour for us.

  Trip overall was great. Hotels were perfect and most of the guides were amazing. We didn't get to spend much time in each city. Edinburgh was the only city we had time to explore on our own. We never saw Inverness -- arrived late, traveled all next day to Highlands, got back late and checked out. Too much time spent in a van. Scottish Highlands were beautiful but one day traveling through would have been enough. A few people on the trip got motion sick being in a fan for so many days. We would have loved to have been able to spend more time in each city in Ireland. Next trip I would like to visit fewer cities and have more time to explore
