Firebird was professional and responsive from our first contact. They helped us prepare a great itinerary that hit all the high points we targeted. They were timely and helpful when we reached out during our trip. Hotels were all very nice and a couple exceptional, only one was disappointing. Guides were 5 out of 5 stars. Nearly all logistics worked as planned. We had a wonderful experience, due in no small part to Firebird and their help.

Barcelona, thanks to Isabel Nunez Romero's guidance, was fantastic. The sights were great. Good balance of tours and free time. Guide was very attentive to our needs and wishes. The only issue was the inability to get time-sensitive help from Firebird.

Our trip was well planned. All guides were on time as were the drivers. Hotels meet our expectation (except one in Seville) and were well located. It was great to have free time to do our own exploring and plan activities. The days spend in each city was about right. The Firebird team were responsive to our questions and did a great job helping us modify parts of the trip to meet our needs. I would definitely consider having FIrebird plan a future trip.

I have used Firebird Tours on multiple occasions. I had my first tour to Spain and Portugal in 2017 and was hooked. I then went to the Netherlands, Prague/Vienna, Budapest, Italy, French Riviera/Avignon, and Germany with this company. It is very well run with excellent communication. I have done both solo tours and small group tours. The groups have never been very large which I try to avoid. The hotels chosen are beautiful, the tour guides are very knowledgeable, and you can tailor the itinerary to your liking and change things that you aren’t that excited about. The emergency line is extremely responsive. I had an issue in France with a hotel and it was resolved immediately. I can’t wait to travel again and I will definitely use this company when I am allowed to travel again freely and safely.

I highly recommend Firebird Tours. They booked our vacation to Spain, Portugal and Marrakech. The entire trip was fantastic. All hotels were very nice and located in central places. The pickup and drop off were exactly on time. The tour guides were great. We saw a lot and did a lot. Did not have to worry about anything at all. Everything went flawless. Hope was great in booking the tour initially and Marina did a fabulous job of all the arrangements. We will definitely use Firebird again!!
