We had a good trip. The guides were very nice and informative. Lots of history and magnificent architecture. Good experiences with food. Didn't spend enough time in each city. Next time. The weather was sunny and cool. Toledo was the coldest. We learned a lot about traveling in the future.
Although our total experience in Spain was very positive, we did encounter some technical problems. Several times, we tried the emergency phone number Firebird provided to us. But we could not get through because a special code was needed. But I could not find the code. Other than these, our trip was very good.
We had a wonderful trip. Both hotels were excellent boutique hotels in perfect locations. However, the Hotel Liabeny in Madrid was on a small side street, and twice our taxi drivers could not find it. One driver literally shut off his meter because he was so lost even with our hotel business card.
Our trip to Spain was everything we have been dreaming of and more! The thing that shocked me most was that every point of the tour was soo well-organized! I can go on for pages about our trip but to sum I'd like to say thank you for planning an excellent vacation for us!
