    The trip itself was amazing. Everything that was included, I.e. taxis, hotels, tours, they knew who we were and were on time if not early. Even when a taxi was running late, they called to let us know. As we were told, go with no expectations and be thrilled. Well-planned itinerary. No rush. All were on time. Our Travel Coordinator responded well and quickly to our requests every time.

    Icebreaker tour in Sweden was great

    Traveled to Finland

    Our overall impression of the trip is really great except for driver from one local supplier leaving on the tour without me and ruining the evening because I missed the whole experience. All travel coordinators were very helpful, responsive and fast, and pleasant, and easy to work with! Thank you, Anna, Kate, and Hope in particular. The icebreaker tour in Sweden was great! Scandic City Rovaniemi is not really a 4-star hotel, but it was fine.

    Traveled to Finland

    Our travel coordinator was exceptional, always available with prompt solutions. The guide was a very nice guide. The only thing is that we had tickets to enter the church and on the day of the tour it does not open (Saturday). Great experience, everything went as planned very impressed with the punctuality of every activity.

    All of us are very happy and were lucky to see the Northern light twice. We are satisfied with the itinerary as it was quite relaxing and we managed to rest before the next activity. The hotels provided were good, especially Arctic Light Hotel in Rovaniemi.
