Helsinki Walking Tour with Canal Cruise

Today discover Helsinki’s highlights with a private, expert guide. Begin with a visit to the bustling Central Harbor and vibrant Market Square, then stroll through the charming Old Town. Stop by the famous Rock Church before hopping on a short tram ride to see more of the city.

Next, embark on a beautiful canal cruise around Helsinki’s stunning archipelago! Enjoy a 1.5-hour tour with sights including the historic Suomenlinna Fortress, Helsinki Zoo, the majestic icebreakers, and the scenic Degerö Canal.

Nuuksio & Porvoo Tour

Today you will have a unique trip to explore Finnish nature and history with a private guide and driver. First, you visit Nuuksio National Park - one of the top 10 nature attractions of the country. Here you may enjoy hiking (there are about ten marked nature trails) or join some optional activities like cycling, kayaking, or horseback riding.

Later, you head to Porvoo - the second-oldest city in Finland, founded about 800 years ago. Here you take a stroll in the historic district, which looks like an open-air museum with its original cobblestone streets and authentic red-painted wooden houses that once served as storage areas for the river trade. You see the Old Town Hall with a mansard roof and a wooden clock tower, the Holm House, and the 15th-century Porvoo Cathedral that has survived through several fires (no entrances included). Porvoo is also known as a great place for food lovers with its numerous cafes and restaurants, so take your time to try some local delicacies or shop for souvenirs at local quaint craft stores.

After a busy yet exciting day, you are transferred back to your hotel.

Following breakfast in your hotel, you check out and depart from Helsinki.

Arrival & Tampere Walking Tour

Upon arrival in Tampere, your driver will meet you at the train station and transfer you to your hotel.

Later, you will meet your guide in the hotel lobby and embark on an exciting city tour of Tampere! You'll visit the Tampere Cathedral, Old Town, Finnish Labor Museum, Stable Yards, Milavida Museum, and the Market Hall, where you'll have the opportunity to try local delicacies such as black sausage.

After the tour, you can either return to your hotel or continue exploring the city on your own.

In the morning, you will check out from the hotel and meet your driver for the transfer to the train station.

Arrival & Jyväskylä City Tour

Upon arrival in Jyväskylä, you head to your centrally located hotel, easily accessible on foot.

After checking in, you meet your guide in the hotel lobby and set off to discover the heart of Jyväskylä on foot. Stroll along Kauppakatu, the city’s historic main street, which has been the bustling hub of local life since Jyväskylä’s early days. As you pass charming shops, cultural landmarks, and key attractions, your guide will share stories of how this small marketplace evolved into one of Finland’s fastest-growing cities in the 20th century.

After the tour, you may return to the hotel or continue exploring the city at your leisure.

Deparure

Today, after breakfast, you check out from the hotel and head to the train station, where you will depart for your next destination – the vibrant city of Kuopio.

Arrival

Upon arrival, check into your centrally located hotel, easily reachable on foot from the train station, and enjoy a day at your leisure.

Explore the city, its cultural sights, and beautiful natural surroundings. Dine at a local restaurant and simply relax for the rest of the day.

Cruise to Alahovi Berry Wine Farm & Departure

In the morning, after breakfast, check out from the hotel and leave your luggage.

In the afternoon, you will enjoy a delightful lakeside escape with a curated cruise and tasting experience from Kuopio to Alahovi Berry Wine Farm, nestled on the scenic island of Vaajasalo in Lake Kallavesi.

Depart on a leisurely cruise from Kuopio Passenger Harbour, with lunch served onboard. Upon arrival at Alahovi, enjoy a wine tasting session followed by an introduction to berry wine production. Then, board the return cruise to Kuopio and arrive back at the harbour.

Please note: This experience usually runs in July, but additional departures may be available from mid-May to August, depending on weather conditions. Availability must be confirmed at the time of booking.

Pick up your luggage from the hotel, meet your driver, and transfer to Savonlinna.

Upon arrival, check into the hotel. The rest of the evening is free.

Savonlinna City Tour & Cruise
After breakfast you meet your guide in the hotel lobby and have an exciting city tour around the most outstanding landmarks of Savonlinna, including the famous Savonlinna Provincial Museum and Olavinlinna Castle.

Later you have the unique chance to enhance your experience of the region taking a magnificent 1.5-hour traditional steamboat cruise around Lake Saimaa.

Available from June until mid-August.

The rest of the day is free for you to dine in one of the local restaurants, walk along the lake shore or just relax in your hotel room.

Trip to Linnansaari

Today you meet your private guide & driver for a trip to Linnansaari National Park to enjoy the beauty of the gorgeous Finnish Lakeland. With hundreds of rocky islands and clean waters, this place is a must-visit for all nature lovers. What is more, this scenic area is home to countless unique species, including ospreys, white-backed woodpeckers, and even the famous Saimaa ringed seal.

After the tour, you will have the rest of the day at your leisure.
