Historical Lima Highlights
In the morning, you'll meet your guide and driver to embark on a journey through Lima's Historic Center, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, rich in cultural and historical significance. Walk through Lima's Main Plaza, where you'll encounter the Government and Municipal Palaces on your way to the Lima Cathedral, home to rich religious art and 14 chapels, including the final resting place of Francisco Pizarro. Additionally, you'll enjoy an exclusive visit to Casa de La Cultura Criolla, where you'll delve into the rich world of Criollan music and culture. Your journey will then take you to modern districts like San Isidro and Miraflores. Explore the Larco Museum, followed by a lunch in an authentic restaurant surrounded by historical artifacts.
Gourmet Lima: A Taste and Tour Experience
Embark on a culinary journey like no other in the heart of Lima, where you'll discover the flavors, culture, and history of Peruvian cuisine. This private experience begins with a private transfer from your hotel in a new, air-conditioned vehicle.
Your adventure starts with a visit to a local market, where you'll not only see the vibrant array of fresh produce but also get to taste some of the most exotic Peruvian fruits. From there, you'll be whisked away to a secret garden café, where you'll savor an organic Peruvian coffee and indulge in a refreshing exotic Peruvian fruit smoothie.
Next, you'll be treated to a tasting of Peruvian recipes and pisco at a top superfood restaurant, experiencing the diverse and delicious flavors that Peruvian cuisine has to offer. The journey culminates with a gourmet Peruvian feast amid the ancient pre-Incan ruins of La Huaca Pucllana, offering you a unique and picturesque setting to enjoy the culinary wonders of Lima.

Classic 4 Days Inca Trail
Today you will embark on the adventure of a lifetime, so get ready for an early start!
Your guide and driver will pick you up from your Hotel in Cusco between 4:30 and 5:00 am.
Once everyone is gathered, you'll embark on a journey to Ollantaytambo, approximately an hour and a half away, where a delicious breakfast awaits. From there, you'll proceed to Piscacucho - KM 82, the starting point of the trek. Here, you'll meet dedicated team of cooks and porters who will accompany you throughout the adventure, ensuring you have an unforgettable experience amidst the sacred mountains.
Please note: You’ll need your original passport here to pass the control point and enter the trail, so don’t forget it!
First Day of Trekking
Cusco | Piscacucho (KM 82) - Canabamba - Llactapata - Huayllabamba - Ayapata
The initial hours of our trek are designed to ease you into the journey gradually.
You first stop will be at a small Inca site named Canabamba, where you'll learn about its intricate water canals and admire the breathtaking glacier La Veronica. Continuing onward, you'll reach Wilkarakay and marvel at the magical archaeological site of Llactapata, nestled amidst lush vegetation across the Urubamba River.
Afterward, you'll trek for about 20 minutes to Tarayoc, where a delightful mountain lunch awaits you.
In the afternoon, the journey continues with another 3,5 hours of hiking to our first campsite at Ayapata (3,300 m / 10,827 ft).
Arriving at our campsite around 5:00 pm, you'll have the chance to rest your weary legs, unwind with a hot beverage, and savor some snacks as you reflect on the day's adventure. Dinner will be served around 7:30 pm, followed by a well-deserved night's sleep, preparing you for the journey ahead.

Ayapata | Dead Woman’s Pass - Pacaymayu – Runkurakay Pass – Sayaqmarka - Chaquiqocha
Today's journey will be challenging, so be sure to fuel up with a hearty breakfast to energize yourself for the day ahead.
We'll begin our ascent, hiking uphill for approximately 4 hours to reach the highest point of the trek, Dead Woman's Pass (4,215 m / 13,829 ft). From this vantage point, you'll be treated to awe-inspiring views of the towering mountains that surround us. Take a moment to connect with the ancient spirits of the Incas who once traversed these paths, deeply attuned to the natural world.
Afterward, you'll descend for about 1,5 hours to Pacaymayu, where you'll stop for a satisfying lunch. Remember to refill your water bottles at every opportunity to stay hydrated throughout the day.
Following lunch, you'll ascend for approximately 45 minutes to the Inca site of Runkurakay. Take your time to explore this intriguing complex, nestled amidst the rugged mountain terrain, and marvel at the two cascading waterfalls nearby.
Continuing uphill for another 45 minutes, you'll reach the summit at Runkurakay Pass, where you can savor the breathtaking vistas of the Andean landscape.
Before descending, you'll pause for a brief ceremony to honor Mother Earth and the mountains, leaving a symbolic offering at this sacred site.
As you continue journey downhill for about an hour, you'll arrive at the ancient archaeological site of Sayaqmarka, perched on a precipitous ridge. Your guide will illuminate the mysteries of this remote site as the setting sun casts a warm glow over the surrounding mountains.
Finally, a short 25-minute walk brings us to our campsite for the night at Chaquiqocha (3,600 m / 11,811 ft).
After enjoying another sumptuous meal, take advantage of the clear Andean skies to marvel at the celestial display above, as your guide shares stories of the constellations revered by the Incas.

Chaquiqocha | Phuyupatamarka - Intipata - Wiñay Wayna
After a restful night's sleep, you'll wake up at 6:30 am, allowing you a bit of extra time to relax. Enjoy a hearty breakfast before embarking on a 90-minute walk through the lush jungle. Take in the breathtaking views of the Salkantay glacier and the surrounding landscape as you ascend toward the final summit of the route at Phuyupatamarka (3,650 m / 11,975 ft).
Descend for 2,5 hours until you reach Intipata, a significant agricultural site offering panoramic views of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. From there, it's just a 30-minute walk to our campsite near the Wiñay Wayna archaeological site, one of the highlights of the trek. Explore the site with your guide, immersing yourself in its rich history and imagining life centuries ago.
Back at camp, join your trekking team for a small celebration to acknowledge their hard work and dedication. This is also an opportunity to express your gratitude with a tip. Afterward, retire early to rest well for the next day's adventure.
Tomorrow, you'll have the opportunity to visit one of the Seven Wonders of the World, Machu Picchu. We aim to arrive early so you can witness the sunrise over the site, a truly magical experience that will leave you in awe.

Wiñay Wayna - Sun Gate - Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu - Aguas Calientes
Today is the big day! Get up at 3:30 a.m. for an early start to catch the sunrise at the Sun Gate of Machu Picchu. We'll provide water and breakfast, and you'll be among the first to enter. Finally, you'll explore Machu Picchu with a guide for two hours, then head back down to Aguas Calientes for lunch and a well-deserved rest at the hotel.
Departure to Cusco with Tour Treasures of the Valley
After breakfast you will take train to Ollantaytambo train station.
After arriving in Ollantaytambo, you will meet your guide for an exploration of the Ollantaytambo ruins. The Ollantaytambo ruins are an awe-inspiring archaeological site nestled in the Sacred Valley of Peru. They feature massive stone terraces, intricate water channels, and impressive temple structures, all built by the ancient Inca civilization. The site offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.
Then,along with guide and driver you will visit Moras and Moray. Moras and Moray are captivating archaeological sites located in the Sacred Valley of Peru. Moras is known for its unique circular agricultural terraces, which descend into a vast natural depression. These terraces were likely used by the Incas for agricultural experiments due to their varying microclimates. Nearby, Moray features concentric circular terraces carved into the earth, resembling an ancient amphitheater.
After that you will return to your Cusco hotel for rest.

After that, your journey ascends to the awe-inspiring Qorikancha Temple, once adorned with glistening gold-covered walls. You'll be captivated by its splendor and gain a profound appreciation for the Incan reverence for the sun. From Qorikancha, you will explore the artisanal haven of San Blas, Inca Roca Palace, and the world-famous Twelve Angled Stone. Your journey culminates at Cusco's heart, the Main Square, where you will visit The Cathedral.
