Following breakfast, you meet your private guide and driver in the hotel lobby to start your eventful 8-hour tour around the top attractions of Hanoi. This charming city is famous for its one-of-a-kind architecture and many-sided cultural heritage.

Your first stop for today is the Ho Chi Minh Complex, which houses a museum and the mausoleum of the first president of Vietnam. Apart from being a popular tourist attraction, the complex is a pilgrimage place for locals as this leader has done much for the country to achieve independence. 

Next on your list in the outstanding One Pillar Pagoda. This lovely Buddhist temple was erected on a bearing pillar way back around the 1030s and still stands on its place surrounded by a pond with lotuses. 

Continuing your acquaintance with traditional Vietnamese architecture, you head to the Temple of Literature, another historic monument constructed almost 10 centuries ago in honor of Confucius. 

Today you also get to explore West Lake where you have an amazing chance to see the Tran Quoc Pagoda, a spectacular construction, boasting an almost 1500-year history and being the oldest one in Vietnam's capital. The Quan Thanh Temple, dating back to the 11th century, is an architectural masterpiece built in the name of Tran Vo.

As a highlight of the day, we invite you to enjoy a 45-minute Water Puppet Show. During the performance, you delve into the Vietnamese traditional art and Hanoi's centuries-old theatrical legacy, with roots going back to ancient myths and folklore.

After the tour, you return back to your hotel and have the rest of the evening free.

In the morning after breakfast, you check out from your Hanoi hotel and have a shared transfer to alluring Halong Bay, which is ranked as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Upon arrival, you embark on a traditional cruise and enjoy lunch on board, while sailing around the picturesque valley. Halong Bay houses almost 2000 limestone islands that are beautifully surrounded by the emerald waters. Situated in the northern part of the country, this breathtaking bay is one of the most scenic locations in entire Asia!

During your afternoon cruise, you see the islands of Halong, including the Dinh Huong and Ga Choi. Along the way, you also visit one of the bay's 3 largest caves: Thien Cung, Dau Go or Sung Sot. While exploring the grottoes, you learn more about the formation of these impressive rocks and unveil some legends cloaking this magnificent place.

Afterward, for some peaceful relax time, you make a stop at an island cove with a sheltered white-sand beach. Weather permitting, you have the opportunity to swim in the clear waters of the Tonkin Gulf.

And for an absolutely unforgettable experience, you get to spend the night on board the ship.

Early in the morning, you have a great chance to exercise and meditate by doing Tai Chi on the top deck or simply relax and enjoy the sunrise over the jungle-topped islands of the bay. Have a morning cup of coffee or tea before starting your exploration of the nearby islands by rowboat. 

You come back on board the ship for breakfast. After that, you are welcome to take advantage of the sundeck and marvel at the beautiful rock formations of Bai Tu Long Bay on your way back to Halong City. You are also invited for a brunch onboard before returning to Halong pier, from where you have a group transfer back to Hanoi. 

Your private driver meets you at Hanoi center and takes you to the airport for your in-country flight to Danang.

Upon arrival, our guide and driver take you to your hotel in Hoi An Town for check-in. The remaining part of the day is free, so you can relax in your room or begin exploring the local surroundings on your own.

The first place on your agenda today is the ruins at My Son sanctuary, which is considered to be one of the best-preserved Cham structures in Vietnam. Being one of five UNESCO-listed sites in Vietnam, this place is an absolute must-see for those who are interested in the unique architecture and life of ancient civilizations. 

Then you drive to a wonderful city of Hoi An for a lunch break. After that, you enjoy a half-day walking tour through the narrow cozy streets of the Ancient Quarter. You delve into the atmosphere of traditional Asia and get to see the impressive Chua Ong Pagoda, the majestic Chinese Assembly Halls, the 200-year old Tan Ky ancestral house, and the lovely Japanese Bridge.

As a highlight of the day, you take a short boat ride to a nearby island, where you visit a handicraft village specializing in ceramics.

Upon arrival to the Hung Vuong Pier, you board a private boat and have a relaxing time taking in the beauty of the marvelous delta landscapes. As a part of your trip, you find out more about the Mekong Delta lifestyle by visiting local fruit orchards and coconut groves. What is more, you get to see brick workshops and various home-made goods like coconut candles, rice cakes, and handicrafts. 

To crown your day, you take a short walk and visit a local family. During your visit, the welcoming hosts will share with you the secrets of making a sedge mat. You also can enjoy a ride on Xe Loi, which is somewhat a rickshaw with a motor, to see the scenic villages of the region.
