Bonjour! Arrival to Paris

As they say, Paris is always a good idea! Bonjour and welcome to the most romantic city in the world and the charming capital of France - Paris! Upon arrival, your driver meets you at the arrivals hall of the airport holding a sign with your name on it and takes you to your centrally located hotel for check-in.

Later today you meet your private guide at the hotel lobby and start a 2-hour walking tour of Marais District dedicated to craftsmanship in Paris. Away from the large retailers and avenues today you meet several craftsmen and learn about their original designs and expertise. They tell you all about their passion and present you their creations and masterpieces would it be clothes, hats, leather, coffee, chocolate, metal craft. Enjoy your guided walk in an authentic Paris district.

After the tour, you return to the hotel and have the rest of the day at leisure.

Tour of Versailles Magnifique & Wine Tasting

Following breakfast at your hotel, meet your guide in the lobby and have a day tour to the famous residence of French kings. 

Together with your experienced guide, you take a short train ride to taste what it means to be a local, and appear in the heart of Versailles in just 1 hour. You see the Palace of Versailles and admire its grandiose opulence from the inside. You get to walk through its well-known Hall of Mirrors where the Treaty of Versailles was signed and see the actual rooms of the most extravagant king of France, Louis the XIV. You also discover the world famous Le Notre gardens, see the Grand Trianon (exterior) and enjoy an inside visit to Petit Trianon - Marie-Antoinette's estate.

Upon return to the city, you have a walking wine tour in the heart of Paris with a professional English-speaking sommelier. You walk through the narrow streets of the oldest part of Paris, talking about the gastronomic history of France and stopping at the best cheese and wine shops in the area. Here you learn to choose good cheese and a nice bottle of wine and stop in a charming French Bistrot (such as Le Vin Qui Danse) for a wine tasting.

After the tour, you are taken back to your hotel and have the day free.

Champagne Tour & Reims Sightseeing

Following early breakfast and check-out, meet your driver for a transfer to the rail station for your train to Reims (1st class train tickets included). Upon arrival, you are met by your guide-driver and go on a sightseeing tour of main attractions of the Champagne region that is bubbling over with heritage sites and fine Champagne.

During the tour, you get to visit two famous Champagne houses as well as one smaller local producer to have an excellent overview of the process of making world-class Champagne, its history and have a Champagne tasting.

Then continue to Reims to see its main sight from inside and outside, the Cathedrale Notre-Dame de Reims. This Gothic cathedral was the site of 25 coronations of the kings of France, from Louis VIII in 1223 to Charles X in 1825.

After the tour, you are taken to the hotel for check-in and have the rest of the day free.

Arrival in Dijon & Tour of Côte de Nuits

After breakfast in the hotel, you check out and your driver takes you to Dijon. Upon arrival your meet private driver-guide and start a full day private trip to the Burgundy "Champs-Elysées".

You drive through the scenic Grands Crus Wine Road passing Vosne-Romanée, Gevrey-Chambertin, Chambolle-Musigny, and have a stop off at Romanée Conti.

As a highlight of the day, you have a prestige tasting in a private wine cellar and tasting of a range of vintages (red wines) at an estate. Enjoy lunch in a wine estate and relax in the afternoon around the vineyards: castles, Romanesque churches, winemaking villages.

Upon return to Dijon, you check-in to the hotel and in the evening you have a gourmet adventure once you visit one of the Michelin star restaurants for dinner.

Following breakfast at the hotel, you meet your private driver-guide and travel to Ladoix-Serrigny and the hillsides of the Maranges in the gorgeous Côte de Beaune wine-growing region.

It produces red and white wines that are internationally renowned and their reputation also extends to the town of Beaune, a historical center where you discover all the secrets of the Bourgogne wine-growing region. During the tour, you visit three family Estate wineries for a personal tasting and lunch. Today you get a chance to witness the beauty of Hautes Côtes de Beaune as today you also visit this region.

Upon return, you have free time before visiting one more Michelin star restaurant for dinner.

Tour to Maconnais & Departure to Paris

After breakfast and check-out, meet your private driver-guide and travel through the hilly, rocky landscapes to the vineyards of the south of Burgundy: Maconnais and Beaujolais.

On the way, you discover the wine growing of Côte Chalonnaise, where the monks of Cluny began planting vines over 1,000 years ago. Here you enjoy a wine tasting in a family estate.

Then you drive past the Roche de Solutré for a glimpse of this site of outstanding natural beauty which overlooks the vineyards of Pouilly-Fuissé and have lunch in a charming local restaurant.

Afterward, you learn about the Gamay grape used in the Beaujolais appellations from Nouveau to village Crus and visit a wine cellar to taste wines from the Burgundy and Beaujolais vineyards.

Right after your trip you have a transfer to the rail station for a train back to Paris. Upon arrival, your driver meets you and takes you to your centrally located hotel for check-in. In the evening you have dinner at an authentic Parisian restaurant to farewell an amazing trip.
