Adelaide City Tour

Next, you'll venture into the charming district of North Adelaide, a place steeped in history. Here, you'll visit the awe-inspiring St Peters Cathedral, an architectural masterpiece that stands as a testament to both faith and craftsmanship. Then, you'll make our way to the iconic Adelaide Oval, an internationally renowned sports venue that has witnessed countless historic moments.

Murray River Day Tour with Cruise

Your journey begins in Adelaide, where you'll embark on a scenic route that includes the picturesque Angus and Torrens Valleys, offering a glimpse of South Australia's stunning landscapes. The highlight of the tour is a 2-hour cruise on the Murray River. As you navigate Australia's longest river, you'll be surrounded by breathtaking scenery and have the chance to see diverse river wildlife, including native fish, turtles, crayfish, and the elusive Australian platypus. Departure to Alice Springs Aboard The Ghan Train

Following breakfast at your hotel, you will check out and be transferred to the train station, where you’ll embark on an unforgettable journey aboard The Ghan Train to Alice Springs on the Red Centre Explorer.

This all-inclusive rail holiday, known as the Top End Discovery, offers a unique adventure as it travels between Adelaide and Alice Springs. Over 2 days and 1 night aboard The Ghan, you’ll experience breathtaking landscapes, exceptional service, and the timeless charm of train travel. Upon arrival, you are taken to the hotel for check-in and the rest of the evening is at leisure. 

Uluru Sacred Sites & Sunset Tour

Explore the mesmerizing surroundings of Uluru from the comfort of a coach accompanied by a knowledgeable Driver Guide. Take a moment to visit the Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre, where you can both acquire locally crafted Aboriginal art and delve further into the Western Desert region's fascinating insights. Then embark on a guided journey around the base of Uluru led by a local Driver Guide. Learn about the native plant and animal life, as well as the intriguing cultural traditions upheld by the Anangu. Explore a myriad of sacred sites and join your Driver Guide on a walk to Mutitjulu Waterhole. As you venture through numerous caves, you'll have the opportunity to contemplate Aboriginal rock paintings while your Guide provides valuable interpretations of their significance. Conclude your day at the Uluru sunset viewing area, known as 'Sunset Strip.' Unwind with a glass of wine and some nibbles as the sun gracefully descends over the western horizon, unveiling the mesmerizing palette of colors for which Uluru is renowned. Kings Canyon & Outback Panoramas

Journey into the heart of Australia’s rugged outback and experience the beauty of Kings Canyon. From the undulating sand hills to the towering rim of the canyon, this tour showcases the diversity of Central Australia's landscape. Enjoy hearty breakfasts, challenging treks, and the unparalleled beauty of the region. Continue on to Watarrka National Park where you can make the rocky climb with your Guide to the rim of Kings Canyon to be rewarded with marvellous views. The 6km Kings Canyon Rim Walk may take up to 3 hours to complete and is for those with a good level of fitness. Along the way visit the Garden of Eden, a green oasis deep inside the Canyon. You can explore for something more relaxing, set off on a two-kilometre stroll along the creek bed that leads to impressive views of the canyon rim. After lunch, you travel to Uluru.

Transfer to Alice Springs for the Ghan Train

Following breakfast at your hotel, you will check out and be transferred to the train station, where you’ll embark on an unforgettable journey aboard The Ghan Train to Darwin  on the Red Centre Explorer.

For those interested in making the most of their time, we offer the option to add an early morning Uluru Sunrise & Field of Light tour before your departure. This is a fantastic opportunity to explore the natural beauty of the area and enjoy a unique experience before you continue your journey.  

Arrival

Upon your arrival at the train station, your private driver will be there to assist with your transfer to your hotel in Darwin, where you can relax and enjoy the rest of the day.

Jumping Crocodile Cruise Tour 

Join us for one of Darwin’s most iconic must do activities… a ½ Day Jumping Croc Cruise on the Adelaide River. Departing the city, we journey about 60km South East towards the Marrakai wetlands, home to not only an apex predator the crocodile but 117 different species of reptiles and 280 different types of birds. Our Jumping Crocodile cruise partners are highly trained to ensure the safety of both the crocodiles and passengers at all times. Crocodiles are fed buffalo meat, so that guests can see firsthand the powerful and spectacular hunting techniques of a estuarine crocodile. All staff are issued with Wildlife Permits by National Parks and Wildlife for our interactions and no animals are harmed in any way during our wildlife interactions.
