Saint Petersburg Cultural Adventure

Our guide in Saint Petersburg was fantastic. Can't say enough good things about her: professional, friendly, excellent speaking skills, great sense of humor, knowledgeable on many subjects, knows St. Petersburg on many levels. She referred us to the Ethnicity and Cultural Museum and it was fantastic and very ...

We will definitely recommend Firebird Tours to anyone else planning a trip to Russia

Our trip was spectacular! From the airport pick-up driver and his skill of getting us everywhere with ease for the following 4 days; to the beautiful Kempinski Hotel; to our sensational guide and his encyclopedic knowledge of the history and heritage of St. Petersburg; the unsurpassed magnificence of the city itself; ...

Our impressions of the Russian cruise program and Scandinavia

The visit to Red Square was restricted by a massive stage structure erected for a choral performance by a very large choir. I enjoyed the singing although unable to understand Russian, but some of our group were ...

Trans-Siberian Adventure

All went well. Guides were all excellent, though the one in Irkutsk was a bit difficult to understand, but we thoroughly enjoyed the many golden moments there and at each place we went. Each place we stopped had its own distinct culture and ways of enjoying life: Our XingYuan hotel in Beijing was excellent--a short walk...

We were totally thrilled with our trip on the Trans-Siberian Railway

We were totally thrilled with our trip on the Trans-Siberian Railway! The trains were clean, comfortable and always on time. The hotels, though varied, were always welcoming and attractive.
