Arrival to Vienna
Upon arrival to the European capital of music, your private driver picks you up and transfers to the hotel in the very heart of the city.
The rest of the day is free for you to either relax or start exploring glorious Vienna on your own. In the evening we had planned a classic performance for you.
Strauss & Mozart Concert at Kursalon Vienna
Enjoy world-famous Vienna classical music in the very place where Johann Strauss himself used to direct his orchestra! In the evening you are invited to a fantastic music concert performed by the Salonorchester Alt Wien, one of the best-known interpreters of classical Viennese music. The event is held in the magnificent Lanner Hall of the Kursalon, built in the 1860s in Renaissance style. Transfers to and from the concert are included.


Vienna Sightseeing Tour
Following breakfast at the hotel, your guide takes you on a 3-hour walking tour through the downtown area of Vienna.
You start at the State Opera House and walk through the Kärntnerstrasse, a shopping street in the pedestrian zone of the city center, to St. Stephen’s Cathedral. You continue your walk along the Graben and the Kohlmarkt, a very exquisite shopping area, to Imperial Palace Hofburg, the former winter residence of the Habsburgs. It now houses the Imperial Apartments, Sisi Museum, Imperial Silver Chamber, Austrian National Library and much more.
The next on your list is Ring avenue with its numerous magnificent buildings, such as the Museums of Fine Art and National History, the Parliament, the City Hall and the Burgtheater, to name a few. During the tour, you also see Neuer Markt and the Capuchin monastery.
After the tour, you return to your hotel and have the rest of the day free. In the evening, we recommend enjoying the concert 'Sounds of Vienna' (priced separately), or we will be happy to provide wonderful restaurant recomendations.

Schonbrunn Palace & Vienna Woods Exploration
After breakfast, your guide and driver take you on a 4-hour touring program around the most significant sites within the boundaries and in the surrounding area of Vienna.
During the tour, you explore the Vienna Woods, which are the most eastern foothills of the Alps. You enjoy a stunning view over the city and Danube River from Kahlenberg, the highest hill in the city.
Then you drive through the wine area in the foot of the Vienna Woods, the town of Grinzing, and learn why Vienna is called the 'Wine-Growing Capital of the World'.
Next on your list is the magnificent Schonbrunn Palace, the former summer royal residence, that gives you a historical impression of the glorious imperial times. A highlight is a guided inside visit to the showrooms of the Palace.
After the tour, you return to your hotel. The rest of the day is free.

Train to Budapest
Following breakfast, you check out from the hotel and your driver takes you to the station for a train ride to Budapest.

Welcome to Budapest – your journey into history, culture, and warmth begins here.
Upon arrival, you are transferred to the centrally-located hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is free to start exploring the charming capital of Hungary on your own.

Budapest City Tour
After breakfast, you enjoy a 4-hour guided walking tour around the main Budapest attractions. At first, you see the Opera House and take a short ride on the Millennium metro. You walk through Heroes' Square and City Park to see the splendid Vajdahunyad Castle, stroll through Andrassy Boulevard and enjoy the beauty of the St. Stephen's Basilica.
Then you head down to the Danube River embankment, which offers breathtaking views of Gellert and Buda Hills. Finally crossing the Chain Bridge you appear at the Buda Castle District, where you have some time to wander through its cobbled streets and explore the exteriors of Royal Castle. Fee for public transport to travel between the sites with your guide is included.
During the tour, you enter to the amazing attractions of the Castle District - the Matthias Church and Fisherman's Bastion. We finished this day of exploration with a private boat ride on the river to enjoy amazing views of the Parliament.
After the tour, you return to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to stroll down the streets of this magnificent city at leisure.


Eger Sightseeing & Wine Tasting
Today early in the morning after breakfast you meet your private guide and driver and start your 8-hour tour. After about 1.5 hours of the car ride, you arrive in magical Eger, a historical town in Eastern Hungary.
During the city tour, you make a visit to a fortress of Eger. The fortress is an important symbol of the heroism of Hungarian defenders, who successfully beat back the overwhelming Ottoman army in the 16th century.
After the tour of Eger, you have some time for lunch and then proceed to a nearby 'Valley of the Beautiful Women', which keeps more than 600 years old tradition of making the delicious red wines. You learn about the wine-making process and experience a 5-tier wine tasting in one of the 200 family-run wine cellars located there.
After the tour, you return to your hotel in Budapest.

Departure
This is the final day of your tour. Today your driver takes you to the airport for your flight back home.
