A train ride from Oslo to Flam is one of the highlights of any Norway tour and is known for two things. First, the 20 km (12 mi) long Flam - Myrdal portion called the Flamsbana is the steepest railway in the world. And second, it’s believed to be the most breathtaking route in the entire world.
Flam is a very small village nestled in a gorgeous fjord surrounded by the beauty of nature. The city is renowned for its spectacular and scenic Flam railway.
This morning after breakfast you check out from the hotel. You have some free time to explore the magnificent Norwegian capital on your own or join an optional 3-hour guided city tour.

Enjoy the main treasures of Oslo, including the famous Frogner Park that boasts extravagant sculptures and unique nature.
In the afternoon walk to the train station (easily accessible by foot), where you board a train that takes you to an unforgettable Flamsbana Oslo - Myrdal - Flåm rail ride. This trip is a perfect chance to admire the mind-boggling nature and picture-postcard sceneries of Norway. The duration of your trip is about 6 hours. Upon arrival to Flam you walk to your hotel for check-in.
In the evening we invite you to visit the local Ægir Brewery & Pub to enjoy a traditional Ægir Viking plank. This is a special 5-course food tasting served with 5 different Ægir beers (included in the price). You have the chance to taste the Norwegian delicacies, including shellfish, smoked reindeer, fish and shellfish soup, pork shank and dark Porter chocolate cake (the menu might vary slightly depending on the season).

Taking a ferry from Flam to Balestrand is among the most memorable ways to travel between the cities. During the ride you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable journey, unique photo opportunities, and a chance to marvel at the beauty of Aurlandsfjord and Sognefjord.
Balestrand is a pleasant tiny Norwegian fjord town renowned for its spectacular breathtaking views from the highest peaks.

In the afternoon walk to the pier to enjoy an express boat ride to the charming town of Balestrand that is set in a truly magical location nearby Norway's largest fjord - Sognefjord (trip duration: 1,5 hours).

Your personal driver takes you on a breathtaking journey along some of the most picturesque Norwegian panoramas. On the way to Geiranger, you’ll pass amazing lakes, sheer-sided mountains, and authentic villages.
Geiranger is settled in a fabulous location at the head of the Geirangerfjord, one of Norway's most visited tourist sites and has been included on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 2005.
Following breakfast you check out from the hotel and meet your guide-driver who takes you on an unforgettable journey to one of the world's most famous glaciers - the Briksdal Glacier. Surrounded by the roaring waterfalls, fertile valleys and mighty mountains it offers one of the most awe-inspiring natural sceneries in Norway!
You spend around two hours exploring the magnificent beauty of the Briksdal Glacier. During the tour you also enjoy buffet lunch at the local restaurant and have a few photo stops along the scenic drive, so make sure to take a lot of pictures to share with your friends and family later on.
After the day tour you are transferred to the spectacular Geiranger village located nearby the UNESCO-listed Geirangerfjord that is one of the most visited tourist attractions in Norway. Upon arrival you check in your centrally located hotel and have the rest of the day free.

After breakfast you have the morning is free to relax in the Union Bad swimming pool of your hotel or explore the charming village of Geiranger on your own.

In the afternoon you check out from your hotel and your driver transfers you to the port where you board a comfortable Hurtigruten ship to begin your fantastic cruise to Svolvaer that provides you with the unique chance to admire spectacular Norwegian scenery and mind-boggling fjords.

Svolvaer, Norway is an exceptional destination to get an insight of mysterious Scandinavia with its centuries-old enigmas and astonishing nature views.
Today you have a stop in Trondheim - the unique Viking heritage of this amazing city.
We recommend you to take a walk around the cozy narrow streets of Trondheim, enjoy the scenic views of the harbor and discover the most cherished treasures of the old town, including the restored wooden buildings and the fantastic Nidaros Cathedral.

In the evening around 9 p.m. your cruise ship arrives in the capital of the Lofoten islands - Svolvaer, easily recognized by its sea-facing Rorbu cabins, drying racks, lovely harbor, galleries, and arts and crafts shops.
Upon arrival you disembark the ship and walk from the port to the hotel, which is easily reachable by foot, and check in.

Following breakfast meet your driver and guide who take you on a sightseeing tour of the beautiful surrounding area.
Your first stop is the famous Lofoten Museum where you experience the history of the Lofoten Fishery at one of the best-preserved squires in Lofoten. You see the stately 1815 main building, authentic fishermen’s cabins, and boathouses featuring Nordland boats as well as exhibitions of the Lofoten fisheries, ports and coastal lighthouses, traditional crafts.
Continue to the Vagan Church, aka Lofoten Cathedral. Consecrated in October 1898, it is a timber-built cruciform church in the Neo-Gothic style and is the biggest wooden building north of Trondheim.
The highlight of your day is an unforgettable 2,5-3 hour Midnight Sun Safari*. Your driver takes you south to Henningsvaer, located 200 km north of the Polar Circle where the sun doesn't set starting from May 23rd. After a short briefing you depart the harbor in the evening in big rib boats and go west through narrow fjords out to the Atlantic Ocean. During the safari you get to look for sea eagles, puffins, grey seals, and even whales if you get lucky. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and warm winter clothes (wind and waterproof floating suits are provided).

In the morning after breakfast in your hotel prepare for an exotic day cruise to the famous Trollfjord. Ahead is an adventurous day out at sea as you experience the magnificent Lofoten Islands by the sea!
Walk to the pier, located right by your hotel and board the MS Ylajali ship for the beginning of your cruise which will also include lunch, an eagle safari, fishing, and sailing!

The rich wildlife in the Lofoten Islands have fascinated visitors for centuries, if you are lucky, you see both eagles and seals, and a great variation of birdlife during your cruise to the Trollfjord. Enjoy the views of the sandy white beaches and one of the most dramatic fjords of Norway.
