After your flight from Mexico City, your driver will be waiting at Cancún International Airport to transfer you comfortably to your hotel. The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy as you please — whether that means a first swim in the Caribbean, a walk along the beachfront, or simply a quiet dinner as the sun goes down over the Hotel Zone.

Tulum & Grand Cenote Adventure - Mayan Ruins and Crystal Waters

Begin your day with a convenient hotel pick-up and a scenic drive along the stunning Riviera Maya. Your first stop is Tulum, a breathtaking Mayan archaeological site perched on cliffs overlooking the sparkling turquoise Caribbean Sea. With your guide by your side, delve into the fascinating history, intricate architecture, and cultural significance of this ancient coastal city, once a thriving hub of Maya trade and civilization.

Next, immerse yourself in the natural wonder of the Grand Cenote, one of the Yucatán Peninsula’s most spectacular sinkholes. Today, your private driver will greet you at the hotel and transfer you to the tour’s starting point, where you will meet your guide and fellow participants. Begin at Mercado 23, tasting a torta de lechón from a family eatery beloved by locals since 1975, and sip horchata de piña, all while learning about the Maya heritage and culinary roots of the Yucatán Peninsula.

Continue with sopa de lima, a fragrant Yucatecan chicken-and-lime soup, and explore Mercado 28, tasting a panucho de cochinita pibil as your guide shares Cancún’s transformation from a small fishing village to a vibrant cultural hub. Isla Mujeres Boat Excursion - Sail, Snorkel & Scenic Views

This morning, your driver will transfer you to the marina, where you will board a comfortable catamaran for a half-day sailing excursion to Isla Mujeres — a small, unhurried island just off the coast of Cancún with a character quite different from the mainland resort strip.

The journey across the Caribbean takes in some of the clearest water in the region, with an opportunity to snorkel over coral reefs teeming with tropical fish — equipment and guidance are provided for all experience levels. Once at Isla Mujeres, you will have free time to explore the island's colourful streets, browse local craft shops, or simply sit at a waterfront restaurant and enjoy fresh seafood and the relaxed island pace. Your driver will meet you on your return to transfer you back to the hotel.
