Welcome to the beautiful Scottish city of Inverness! Upon arrival, you are met by your private driver at the airport, who transfers you to the hotel for check-in.

The rest of the day free so you can start exploring the magnificent city center on your own, dine in one of the local restaurants or take a good rest in your comfortable room.

The next morning after breakfast, meet your guide-driver for a full-day private tour to the Black Isle. Together with your private guide, you travel to the Charnomy Ness. One your way there, you have a chance to see various fascinating animals and peculiar plants.

Once at Chanonry Ness, you proceed to see the Bottlenosed Dolphins. This area is believed to be the best place in Europe to do that, especially during the summertime.

Then you head up into the fantastic woodland at Fairy Glen, a perfect place to observe wild seabirds and raptors above the sea cliffs of Rosemarkie.

After the tour, you return to your hotel and have the rest of the day free.

Following breakfast, you check out from the Inverness hotel and have a transfer to the station. This is the day when you meet your hiking group. In the afternoon you take off to the Orkney Islands from the station. Upon arrival to Orkney, you visit the Italian Chapel, consisting of two Nissen huts converted into a place of worship by the war prisoners.

Afterwards, you head to your Kirkwall hotel for check-in, it is located near the major archaeological sites on the island. In the evening, you enjoy a welcome meeting with your group.

After breakfast, you have a transfer to the Eynhallow Sound where you take a local ferry to the beautiful island of Rousay, the sixth-largest island of the Orkney Islands. Rousay is often called "the Egypt of the North" due to its archaeological diversity and importance. During the tour, you enjoy the Westness Walk to the Mid Howe broch, a well-defended settlement dating back to the Iron Age. You continue with an enjoyable Faraclett Head walk, taking in the jaw-dropping views over the cliffs.

After the tour, you return to the Kirkwall hotel and have the remaining part of the day at leisure.

After breakfast, your group heads to the Mull Head Nature Reserve. Your hike today starts at The Gloup, an amazing partially collapsed sea cave. This unique location is believed to be one of the most picturesque ones on the island. Then you continue to walk north along the breathtaking coastline and admire the scenic heath, sea cliffs, and coastal grassland.

Afterward, you return to your hotel and enjoy lunch and dinner.

Following breakfast, you have a short drive along the edge of the Scapa Flow to Stromness where you catch a ferry to the breathtaking island of Hoy. Hoy is Orkney's second-largest island, famous for its mountainous moorland and glacial valleys. Your group follows the Old Man of Hoy trail, admiring some of Britain's highest sea cliffs before heading back to the Rackwick Bay. In the evening, you have a stop for dinner in a local pub or restaurant on the way back to Kirkwall (dinner is not included).

After breakfast, you travel to the Skara Brae prehistoric village, located on the Bay of Skaill. This stone-built Neolithic settlement was discovered in 1850, one day a raging storm cleared the sand dunes that were covering Skara Brae.

Then you walk away from Brough Head and follow the coast all the way to Marwick Head. There you have a chance to see one of the biggest seabird colonies on the Northern Isles. After the tour, you return to the Kirkwall hotel.

Following breakfast, you get ready for one more Orkney hiking adventure. You start by visiting the historic Ring of Brodgar, a Neolithic stone circle. The Ring of Brodgar is included in the UNESCO World Heritage Site list where it's known as the Heart of Neolithic Orkney.

Then your group continues to the Standing Stones of Stenness and Maeshowe. After exploring the landmarks, you walk from Stromness to the Ness, before heading west to the Sand of Warebeth. Afterward, you return to the Kirkwall hotel.
