After breakfast at the hotel, you meet your private guide in the lobby and go on a breathtaking panoramiс walking city tour of Copenhagen. First, you proceed to the Rosenborg Castle where you witness the famous Changing of the Royal Guard ceremony at the front gates of the Palace.

During the tour, you also enjoy the views of the City Hall and Christiansborg Palace that is home to the Danish Parliament, stroll across Kongens Nytorv and see the buildings of the Old Stock Exchange and the Royal Theater.

The highlight of the tour is a visit to the colorful harbor of Nyhavn where you see the gorgeous Amalienborg Palace - the winter residence of the Royal Family.

Moreover, today you also pay a visit to the legendary architectural gem of Copenhagen, the majestic Royal Opera House. During a 75-minute group tour*, explore the outstanding interiors such as the lobby with the unusual sculptures by Olafur Eliasson, see Per Kirkeby's copper reliefs and get a chance to come onto the stage and behind the scenes.

  • Note: the group tour in the Copenhagen Royal House runs on Saturdays and is not available from December 23 - 30. If you would like to include a private tour, contact your travel specialist for the details.

After the tour, you return to your Copenhagen hotel. To crown your day, in the evening we invite you to the show at the Royal Danish Opera. The venue is situated within walking distance from your hotel.

In the morning, after having a delicious breakfast on board, you arrive in Oslo. Your private driver meets you at the port and transfers you to your centrally located hotel to leave your luggage.

After check-in, you meet with your professional guide and enjoy a 4-hour panoramic walking city tour of this magnificent Norwegian capital.

You start with a visit to one of the major Scandinavian treasures - the famous Frogner Park informally known as the Vigeland Park, named after its founder Gustav Vigeland. You spend some great time strolling through this beautiful park and enjoying its extravagant sculptures and unique Scandinavian nature.

Then you proceed to other famous Oslo attractions, including the Royal Palace (from the outside) and the Akershus fortress (no entrances included).

To make your day even more special, you visit the iconic Oslo Opera House. During the 50-minute tour, you see what goes behind the scenes before the show starts and the hall is filled with the sound of applause. You learn more about the architectural design of the building and unveil all secrets behind the opera and ballet performances.

In the afternoon, you walk to the pier (easily accessible by foot) to enjoy a 5,5-hour express boat trip from Flam to Bergen*. This is a wonderful experience definitely worth trying! Bergen is the second-largest city in Norway which boasts magnificent nature and you will be able to contemplate the panorama of the area from the very beginning of the trip.

Upon arrival you walk to your hotel located very close to the boat station for overnight. The evening is free for you to go on sightseeing, dining or just walking around in Bergen.

Bergen's Floibanen funicular is one of Norway's best-known attractions. You spend about 10 minutes to walk to the lower station where the cruise ships dock along Bryggen. The journey up to Floyen located 320 meters above sea level takes only 5-8 minutes. It is an experience in itself, but when you appear at the top you will be amazed by the fantastic views over Bergen.

After breakfast, you meet your guide and enjoy a 4-hour city tour around the most interesting attractions of Stockholm (public transportation is included in the tour). During the tour with a private guide you see the City Hall, explore the brilliant Old Town of Stockholm, which is one of the biggest and most well-preserved medieval Old Towns in Europe. Together you continue the tour to see the famous Royal Palace and the Stockholm Cathedral.

Following a short ferry ride, you take a chance to explore a world-famous museum - the Vasa Museum located on the island of Djurgarden. It displays the only almost fully intact 17th-century ship that sank on its maiden voyage. It is rated as the most visited museum in the entire Scandinavia.

After the exploration of the city, you enjoy a private guided tour at the Royal Swedish Opera which is located in the heart of Stockholm. During the tour, you learn more about the construction itself and discover the history of the opera and the art of ballet from the very beginning to the present day. Moreover, if the performance schedule allows, you can even get an opportunity to get backstage!
