Arrival
Welcome to the gorgeous ancient city - Edinburgh! Upon arrival, you are met by your private driver at the airport, who transfers you to the hotel for check-in.
The rest of the day is free so you can start exploring the magnificent city center on your own, dine in one of the local restaurants or take a good rest in your comfortable room.
Edinburgh Royal Mile and Distillery Tour
Following breakfast you get to explore the capital of Scotland - Edinburgh!
Together with the guide you start a 4-hour tour of the Old Town and explore this culturally and historically important part of the city. Today you walk along the famous Royal Mile which connects two royal residences - the Castle and the palace of Holyrood House.
Before you visit the Edinburgh Castle you hear a comprehensive history insight from your guide and visit the castle independently*. Here you may see the Honours (Crown Jewels) of Scotland, the famous 15th century gun Mons Meg, the One O' Clock Gun inside the castle.
Your guided walking tour ends before you visit the castle and after exploring the castle you may spend time in the city on your own or return to the hotel.
In the afternoon you take a short walk to the Holyrood Distillery and enjoy a 1-hour group tour. Here a local guide introduces you to the world of flavor, you learn about both malt whiskey and gin production, and enjoy spirit samples along the way.
*Note: transportation for the tour is not included. The distillery is located within walking distance from the hotel.
Departure
Following breakfast in your hotel you check out and walk to the train station.
Arrival in Inverness
Upon arrival, you have a transfer to the hotel for check in and the rest of the day is at your own leisure.
Malt Whiskey Trail
In the morning you start a guided group tour to the beautiful region Speyside, home to famous whiskey distilleries.
You drive along the Moray Firth coastline and have the first stop at the small independently-owned Benromach Distillery where you are explained how they make whiskey and have a degustation. Then you continue to the town of Elgin. There you have some free time to explore the city, go shopping or try some local cuisine in a traditional restaurant after which you head to Dufftown, housing seven whisky distilleries. While in the town, you visit the Glenfiddich Distillery, producing the biggest quantity of whisky in whole Scotland.
Afterward, you may spend time exploring the surroundings and take photos near the historic ruins of Balvenie Castle.
Following the tour, you are transferred back to Inverness.
*Note: the tour is available for participants over 18 years old and is running on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Departure from Inverness
In the morning after breakfast you check out from the hotel and meet you driver for a transfer to Fort William.
Together with your driver, you have a half-day tour on way to Fort William. In about 30 minutes after your departure from Inverness, you have a 1-hour cruise on the lake and continue to its southern part to Fort Augustus. Drive along Caledonian Canal and finally arrive at the hotel of Fort Willam. *Note: a cruise on the lake is available from April 16 till October 15.
Arrival in Fort William and Distillery Tour
Before check-in at the hotel, you are taken to one of the smallest and at the same time finest distilleries of Scotland.
Here you have a guided tour and have a dram of Oban 14-year-old and a dram of Oban Little Bay.
Upon arrival in Fort William, you have a check-in and the rest of the evening is at your own leisure.
Departure to Glasgow
Following breakfast in your hotel and check-out, your driver meets you and transfers to the train station to board the train to arrive in Glasgow.

City and Whiskey Tour
Following breakfast in your hotel, meet your guide and start a 4-hour walking tour. Together you explore the gems and the great historical importance of Glasgow.
This port city on the River Clyde, famous for its shipbuilding industry, is famed for its outstanding Victorian and art nouveau architecture, fine art museums and excellent shopping opportunities. Following the tour, you may visit the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum.
In the afternoon, after a break, we have planned for you a very special small group tour dedicated to whiskey. It combines a great storytelling about the famous whiskey distilleries and the history of the drink itself. You meet your group guide and enter 4 finest whiskey venues in Glasgow to try at least 5 premium malt Scotch whiskeys. Moreover, during the tour, you also learn how to find a perfect match of whiskey and food as well as how to use this Scottish national drink for making amazing cocktails.
Following the tour you have an evening at leisure.
Departure
This is the last day of your Scotland adventure! In the morning after breakfast, you check out from the hotel and the driver takes you to the airport for your flight back home.
