The Volga Dream Cruise met or even exceeded our expectations

I really enjoyed the trip. We were very pleased with the hotels in St. Petersburg and Moscow. The accommodations were good and the breakfasts were lavish. But the best part was that both hotels were so well located. The guides in both cities were knowledgeable. The Hermitage was so crowded that it made it difficult to ...

Thank you for planning the trip of a lifetime. Everyone in our group had a great time on the trip. The itinerary that you have planned for us was just what we were hoping. Trip of a Lifetime to Winter Russia + Helsinki

Well, this truly was the trip of a lifetime. We have traveled a lot but both agree this is the best one yet. At every turn, your people were standing there with signs to greet us. We had absolutely no problems with anything on the entire trip. The first morning when we walked to the Monastery to hear the...

Scandinavian Capitals and Fjords with Russia extension

Our trip went off very well. All the arrangements went off well. All the hotel locations were wonderful. Some minor hiccups. 1. We were not aware of the "meet and greet" reception in Copenhagen. We found out about that from my niece, Panna. Our tour guide in Copenhagen, was just average. She should have introduced ...

We will definitely recommend Firebird Tours to anyone else planning a trip to Russia

Our trip was spectacular! Our impressions of the Russian cruise program and Scandinavia

Our trip was really great. The Russian tour was sometimes "too much information". Especially in the Moscow area. The visit to Red Square was restricted by a massive stage structure erected for a choral performance by a very large choir. I enjoyed the singing although unable to understand Russian, but some of our group were ...
