Port Wine. Originating from the Douro Valley in northern Portugal, Port wine is a fortified wine known for its rich flavors and deep ruby color. Produced from grapes grown in the Douro region, Port wine comes in various styles, including Ruby, Tawny, and Vintage, each offering its unique characteristics and aging process.


Ginjinha, also known as Ginja or Ginjinha, is a traditional Portuguese liqueur made from sour cherries (ginja), sugar, and alcohol, often served in small chocolate cups or shot glasses. Sip on this sweet and slightly tart liqueur as a digestif or enjoy it as a cocktail mixed with soda water or lemonade for a refreshing twist.


Vinho Verde, which translates to "green wine," is a light and crisp wine produced in the Minho region of Portugal, known for its lush green landscapes and Atlantic coastline.
